1. Enter your e-mail address.
2. Enter any password of your choice (plain text, no spaces, maximin 10 characters). This password field is case sensitive
3. Re-type your password in the "Confirm" box (password is case sensitive).
4. Upon registration, you will be sent an e-mail requesting you to confirm registration with the Reminder service. Simply use your email client "reply" button to return this confirmation message back to us. (NB: If we receive no reply within 2 weeks, your account will be erased).
5. Please make sure that your email client software "reply-to" address is configured with the same email address that you registered in the Reminder Service.

• Enter your email address and password.
• Select the appropriate month and day.
• Select how long before the date you would like to be reminded.
• Select how often the reminder should be sent.
• Type the message that you would like to receive.
• Click the "Add Reminder" button to enter in you reminder.

• Enter your e-mail address and password.
• Click "List Reminders" button.

• Enter your e-mail address and password.
• Click "List Reminders" button.
• Check the boxes of the messages you wish to delete (a tick should apppear).
• Click the "Delete?" button.

• You can change your password by using the form on this page.

• If you are a confirmed user, but for some reason you want to unsubscribe from this service, use the Unsubscribe form

• Your password is included in each reminder message.
• If have no record of your password, contact the Reminder Administrator at remadmin@candor.com.

• All information submitted will remain confidential and will not be made available to the public.
• This is an automated service, so please make sure that all information is correct before submitting.
